stat-skills-tutorials

What this is

stat-skills-tutorials is an original tutorial and prompt library for users of the jamovi module askLLM. It teaches you how to plan a statistical analysis together with a consulting AI, either the Module Guider or the R code tutor. It does not teach statistics or R. For the statistics itself, every page links out to the matching chapter in an external textbook such as psyteachr or lsj-book. See the External Reading Map.

The site has three layers, matching the three things the README describes:

  1. Collaboration literacy: six short lessons. You should treat the AI as a collaborator with awareness, describe your problem clearly, and set explicit acceptance criteria.
  2. Prompt library: scenario-based prompts, ready to paste straight into askLLM’s question field. Every prompt carries its own checks and acceptance criteria, and every prompt follows a structured schema. See prompts/_schema.yaml.
  3. Verifying generated results: every AI reply requires you, the user, to verify it in person. Operate the jamovi interface, and check the reply against your raw data and your research design. The Module Guider and the R code tutor each have their own verification checklist.
